Limitation of Liability

BetterSendoff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.
